Alex founded ODEN in 2020 as the overdose epidemic continued to plague Canadians. Alex has experience in medical device design, photo optics and signal processing. Alex has brought these experiences to ODEN, and will continue to grow in his role as CEO.

RAFAEL GUERVARA

Software Engineer

Rafael has experience in real time operating systems, critical software design and working within embedded systems. Rafael is working to prepare our research for the embedded environment.

SHRI SAI TEJA DUDDELLA

Hardware Engineer

Shri has an extenisve history designing and testing hardware devices. Alongside the hardware team Shri is respnsbile for designing the device that will save lives.

MERCYGOLD MSAKI

Hardware Engineer

Mercygold has experience with designing and testing hardware devices, and extensive experience in working with electronics. Mercygold is responsible for the testing of prototypes, as well as the design on next generation prototypes.

DR. LESLEY ESFORD

Industry Advisor

Lesley is an experienced Life science professional with varied background related to company innovation and commercialization, securing finance, and scientific research and development. In terms of education, she has degrees in both Business Administration (Hons. B.Admin., with a major in finance) and Science (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.).
Since 2006, she has worked with over 100 entrepreneurs developing drugs, medical devices, and diagnostics addressing a wide array of medical diseases at every stage of the innovation process from concept to commercialization.

ANDREW MCGOVERN

Business Advisor

Andrew is the Executive Vice President of Vorsana Inc, and a graduate of Queens University Exective MBA program. Andrew provides advice and guidance, as well as business development support.
